In this episode The evil Queen Credentia of the planet Diana, recently paroled by the Galaxy Council, overhears a plan to make the Sky Flash capable of traveling at the speed of light. She kidnaps Dale in order to find out the details, so that she can go back in time and change the outcome of the war she lost.
